Terms of Use

Coachmate helps trainers and coaches keep track of clients, sessions, attendance, bills and fees. It is free for trainers. We may add, change or remove features.

• You must be 18 or older and give true details.
• Keep your PIN and password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per mobile number.

You own the data you add. You must have your clients' consent (or a parent's or guardian's consent for minors) before adding their details, including health notes, and must use it only for your coaching work. You must delete a client's details if they ask.

Coachmate opens WhatsApp on your phone with a message typed in; you choose to send it from your own number and must follow WhatsApp's terms. UPI QR codes and links only help your clients pay you directly. Coachmate never handles money and is not responsible for payments between you and your clients.

Bills are made from the details you enter. You are responsible for their accuracy and for any tax (including GST, if you are registered) on your income.

• Do not break the law, upload harmful content, or misuse other people's data.
• Do not try to access other trainers' data or disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

We work to keep Coachmate running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". Keep your own copy using Settings → Export. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost income.

You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings → "Delete my account and data".

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continuing to use Coachmate means you accept the updated terms.

These terms follow the laws of India; courts at Anand, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
